TM TeploV vs. Charitable Foundation "Caritas Kharkov"

Successful Cooperation Between "Teplov" and the "Caritas Kharkiv" Charity Foundation Within the EMPOWER Project

"Teplov", a Ukrainian manufacturer of infrared heating systems, has successfully implemented a joint charitable project with the "Caritas Kharkiv" foundation. The initiative is part of the EMPOWER program, which is funded by the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development of Germany (BMZ) together with the European Union and implemented by GIZ Ukraine.

Project Goal

The project was aimed at supporting people who have found themselves most vulnerable to today’s challenges — internally displaced persons and residents of the Kharkiv region who have been left without access to reliable heating. In conditions of periodic power outages and the lack of centralized heating, this assistance has become vital.

Our Contribution

As part of the collaboration, "Teplov" produced modern and energy-efficient infrared wall heaters, which were delivered to families in need through the "Caritas Kharkiv" foundation. The devices help people maintain a comfortable temperature in their homes, save electricity, and feel safe even during the coldest periods.
