Payment terms and methods for Teplov infrared heaters
Teplov infrared heaters are available for customers outside Ukraine. The payment and delivery procedure depends on the order size, destination country, and type of customer.
For individual customers and small orders, we offer a convenient remote purchasing process with international payment and delivery by a suitable carrier.
For companies, distributors, and larger orders, we arrange the supply on a contractual basis with the necessary export, customs, and transportation procedures.
Payment for Small Orders
For individual customers and small orders, payment is made before shipment.
Depending on the destination country and the agreed terms, payment can be made using available international payment methods, including PayPal.
Before making a payment, please contact our manager to confirm:
- the selected heater models and quantity;
- product availability;
- total order value;
- delivery cost;
- estimated delivery terms;
- available payment method for your country.
After the order and payment details have been confirmed, we prepare the equipment for shipment.
Delivery of Small Orders
Small orders can be shipped internationally using available postal and courier services.
Depending on the destination and characteristics of the shipment, delivery may be arranged through Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta, or another suitable carrier.
The delivery method and shipping cost are agreed with the customer before payment.
International delivery may require additional time and procedures depending on the destination country.
Orders for Companies and Wholesale Customers
For companies, distributors, installers, and larger orders, we arrange supplies on a contractual basis.
The terms of cooperation may include:
- commercial contract;
- specification of the equipment;
- commercial invoice and shipping documents;
- export documentation;
- customs clearance procedures;
- transportation to the destination country;
- agreed payment terms;
- delivery terms and responsibilities of the parties.
For large international orders, the exact delivery and payment conditions are determined individually according to the destination country, order volume, and agreed terms of supply.
Customs and Import Procedures
International shipments may be subject to customs clearance and import requirements in the destination country.
Depending on the agreed delivery terms, customs clearance, import duties, taxes, and other charges may be the responsibility of the buyer.
Before placing a large order, we recommend confirming the applicable import requirements in your country.
Our manager will provide the available product and shipping documentation required for the agreed supply procedure.
How to Order Teplov Heaters from Another Country
To place an international order:
- Choose the required heater models and quantities.
- Contact our manager and provide your delivery country and city.
- We confirm product availability and calculate the order and delivery cost.
- We agree on the payment and delivery terms.
- You make the payment according to the agreed terms.
- We prepare and ship the equipment.
For large commercial orders, the supply procedure, documentation, customs requirements, and transportation are agreed individually under the contract.
